Melanie and her team were so professional and friendly even letting my daughter help with some of the set up ❤️ We chose the Wonderland Whispers theme and it was truly magical. All the girls absolutely LOVED it. Seeing how happy it made not only my daughter but also all her friends was just incredible. All the attention to detail that goes into the Sleepovers R Us packages is second to none. The personalized cosmetic bags and individual sleep masks, even little bamboo toothbrushes! (which were so cute it actually made all the girls want to brush their teeth) The Truth or Dare and Would you rather games were awesome, a lot of fun and created so many giggles. And to top it all off to end the night you’re even provided with a downloadable audio sleep meditation track to help everyone drift off. The next day the team come back and take it all down and you’re left with some incredible memories. My daughter and her friends absolutely loved the sleepover that Sleepovers R Us created. Melanie, we cannot thank you enough for what you, Paige and Mark did to make Alice’s day so special. Every interaction I had with you (from the initial call I placed to you, to the final discussions with Mark and Paige on Sunday, when they were dismantling the beds) was positive. I felt incredibly comfortable having you all in the house and was so impressed with the way you efficiently worked to get the job done, with a minimum of fuss. Even when things didn’t go to plan (the room was too small and we had to find a workable alternative) you were all calm and focussed on finding a solution. Seeing the end result – all the beautiful beds set up for her Unicorn themed sleepover party, just made Alice’s day! When her guests arrived, they all gasped on entering the room – it just looked magical. One of the Mum’s said to me that this is a party they will all remember forever – and I think they will! Such an easy way to ‘wow’ my daughter and her friends for her special celebration. Jill had lots of communication in the lead up and offered a seamless set up/pack up. The tents looked gorgeous and the breakfast trays and goodies were a hit. The kids’ didn’t want the sleepover to end! Highly recommend SleepoversRus. Great friendly service from start of my inquiry to dropping back items that were hired. We hired the Sugar and Spice package and I put it together myself, everything was simple and straight forward to work out.
